1Standard Text Message (Service Plan count=1) has a mobile destination in the United States. Other Text Message destinations may be charged a different message count.2Standard Phone Call (Service Plan count=1) has a destination in the continental United States. Other Phone Call destinations may be charged a different call count. Standard Phone Call is 30 seconds or less. Calls lasting more than 30 seconds are charged in 30 second increments. Unused monthly Text Messages and Phone Calls do not carry forward to the following month. For your protection, options to send Text Messages and place Phone calls will automatically disable upon reaching your Service Plan's monthly limit(s). Account managers will be alerted via email when Service Plan resources near their monthly limit and/or when depleted. Upgrades to your Service Plan can be made at any time during your monthly service period. Your current monthly service fee will be credited, in full, toward your Service Plan upgrade. Service Plan upgrades are activated immediately upon successful transaction. Service Plan downgrade requests take effect at the end of your current service period. Monthly Service Plan fees are not refunded or pro-rated if Service Plan is terminated prior to the end of your monthly service period.
